These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between Sportissimo OOD, hereinafter referred to as SUPPLIER, and customers, hereinafter referred to as USERS, on the bydivine.com e-commerce platform, hereinafter referred to as ” bydivine.com “.

Bydivine.com is an e-commerce platform, through which Users have the opportunity to enter into contracts for the sale and delivery of goods offered by the Supplier in the platform, including the following:
To register and create a profile for the online store and use additional provided services;
To review the goods, their characteristics, prices and delivery conditions;
To enter contracts for purchase and sale and delivery of goods offered on bydivine.com;
To make payments for purchase of goods and services on bydivine.com
To receive information about new goods offered by the Supplier;
To be informed about our terms and conditions, shipping, delivery and return policies;
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Sportissimo OOD organizes the presentation and delivery of the goods in good faith and makes a reasonable best effort to ensure the accuracy of information. Despite our best efforts, there may be instances where the information is outdated or inaccurate. This may include inventory availability, product details, or other information. We make no warranties or representations to the accuracy of information. We reserve the right to make changes to the product price or other information without notice.
Upon placing an order for goods or services, you would be entering into a contract with Sportissimo OOD. It is your responsibility to verify the price and offer. The contact would be for the contracted amount at the time of checkout. By placing an order, you are accepting our terms and conditions and agreeing to abide by them.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products ship within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse in Bulgaria, unless stated otherwise. We ship via Econt and other approved carriers.
All DIVINE products are covered by our 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com. Please include your order number in your subject line.
We hope that you will love our products. Should you have any problems or questions, our customer service department (firstname.lastname@example.org) will be delighted to help you. Defective or unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with original tags on, in the original shipping box, for an exchange or refund.
To obtain an RMA, please contact our customer service department via email at email@example.com s and include your order number and the reason for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend that you use a shipper which provides a tracking number. Please make sure to enclose your RMA in the return box.
Products must be returned unworn. Each return will be inspected by our customer service upon receipt at our facility.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for return by January 31. All return conditions apply.
