The user can return a product purchased from Sportissimo OOD in the following way:

  3. Download the sample bank account statement

Card payment for an order.
Payment made with a bank card, refunds are made by ordering a reverse operation under
the card with which the payment was made within 14 days.

Payment of an order by cash on delivery.
A declaration according to the order holder’s model is attached, and will be reimbursed within 14 days.
If desired, the customer can specify a reason for return. After which a representative of Sportissimo OOD will contact him.

The user has the right, according to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection, to refuse the goods received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without owing compensation or penalty. In this case, Sportissimo OOD will reimburse the user the sums paid by him no later than 14 days from the date on which the user exercised his right to refuse the goods, according to Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The user is obliged to store the goods received from Sportissimo OOD, their quality and safety during the period under Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In order for the purchased products to be returned, it is a mandatory condition that they are in good commercial condition, without being used and without the integrity of the packaging being damaged. The products must correspond to the form in which they were received by the user. Products that do not meet these conditions are not subject to return or refusal.

In the event of a manufacturing defect that is discovered after receiving the product, the customer returns it at the merchant’s expense and another product as requested is sent. In this case, the transport costs are at the expense of Sportissimo OOD. When returning purchased goods at the customer’s request, according to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, transport costs are for the customer’s account. If, upon receipt of the goods, the packaging is damaged or torn due to improper transportation or there are shortages, the claim and insurance will be honored only in the presence of the courier. In this case, please contact us immediately or refuse to accept the goods. The complaint is certified by a note in the courier’s bill of lading. A report is drawn up describing the found condition of the shipment and its packaging. In the event that you accept the shipment at your own risk and do not present your claims to the courier, the claim may be considered invalid.
